We are asking for all Christmas jewellery orders to be in by 2pm on 18th December please. We use a guaranteed courier service for all orders so with the exception of extreme weather conditions you can be assured of delivery in time for Christmas. If you are ordering from overseas please get in touch to check our courier schedule as delivery times vary depending where you are in the world so last posting dates will differ. 

'Orders received after 2pm on 18th December can't be guaranteed for Christmas'.

However, we will be packing and posting until 21st December so we will be doing our very best to still ensure orders get to you in time, and it's hopeful you will receive your order, just not absolutely guaranteed! 

There are lots of special jewellery gift designs ready to wrap and post. If you can't decide and would like some advice please get in touch or book a Zoom call and we would be very happy to show you in person.

Please note, we guarantee that we will ship your order in time for U.K Christmas delivery if placed before 2pm on 18th December. We ship your parcel on a next day courier service (or the fastest equivalent for overseas) with DHL or Royal Mail which we have found to be the most reliable services for our customers. Once your parcel has left our studio we are then at the mercy of the courier's promise to abide by their terms of service - if in the unlikely circumstance that your parcel doesn't arrive in the designated time please be assured we will do our best to help track it down but it is no longer in our control. Every order is insured with us to your door. 

For overseas delivery in time for Christmas please get in touch as schedules vary according to where you are in the world.
