Delivery

We aim to ship your order within 1 business day of purchase, unless specified otherwise, and pending availability and credit verification. 

Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature for delivery.

UK

For all UK orders, express delivery is complimentary.

Shipped next day. Order before 12pm on weekdays for next-day delivery. Any orders after 12pm will be dispatched the following Business day (Monday – Friday).

USA

For all US orders above £500, express delivery is complimentary.

Delivery by UPS or DHL in 4-5 days, pending customs approval. Order before 12pm for same-day dispatch. Any orders after 12pm will be dispatched the following Business day (Monday – Friday).

All other customs duties and fees are covered by us.

EU

We are currently unable to ship to the EU. Please contact us for more details.

REST OF WORLD

International Priority Express. Order before 12pm for next working day dispatch. 5-7 business days for ROW orders.

You may be contacted by UPS regarding customs duties and taxes which must be paid for delivery to be made. These are not covered by us.

Returns

If you aren’t satisfied with your Emily Nixon piece for any reason, we offer a full refund or exchange if the piece is returned to us in its original unworn condition within 30 days of your purchase. 

Please note that custom and bespoke pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
