We aim to dispatch your order within 4-5 working days of purchase, unless specified otherwise, pending availability, resizing, and credit verification. Contact us if you need expedited dispatch, and we will endeavour to help.

Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature for delivery.

For all UK orders, express delivery is complimentary.

Delivery by UPS using a next-day delivery service. 

USA

For all US orders above $500, express delivery is complimentary. For other orders, delivery is $25.

Delivery by UPS or DHL in 4-5 days, pending customs approval. 

All customs duties and fees are covered by us. 

EU

For all EU orders above €500, express delivery is complimentary. For other orders, delivery is €20.

Returns

If you aren’t satisfied with your Emily Nixon piece for any reason, we offer a full refund or exchange if the piece is returned to us in its original unworn condition within 30 days of your purchase. 

Please note that custom and bespoke pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
