Artist's Note
A tide pool is the sea held in stone. A hollow in the rocky tideline, that fills and empties twice a day, sheltering its own small world. This classic Emily Nixon design was one of the earliest to contain a large feature-stone.
In the 'Crest' palette, this stone is a ~1ct natural diamond, complemented by a set of natural colourless diamonds from South Africa.

The diamonds in this piece naturally formed approximately 1—3.5 billion years ago in the Earth's mantle. They rose to the surface over millions of years to be sourced from South Africa, Botswana, and Namibia, in compliance with the Kimberley Certification Process. All of our stones are responsibly sourced with strict human rights and environmental due diligence on trusted, reputable suppliers. They are set by hand in West Cornwall.
